AMG - China is powered by Fenying Media founded by Betty Ni in Shanghai. Betty is a nationally recognized Level 1 Performer by the China State Ministry of Culture and established Shanghai Fengying Media Development Co Ltd in 2003.

Betty has starred in numerous films and television shows over her career including playing the role of Xiao Fang for 11 years in Shanghai Media Group’s production LAO NIANG JIU, the longest running, highest rated TV sitcom in Shanghai TV history. She is a singer, musician, actor, storyteller, and celebrated member of Shanghai’s Ping Tan Group.

Fengying Media was involved in James Ivory's “THE WHITE COUNTESS”, SMG’s highest profile international co-production starring Ralph Fiennes and Natasha Richardson, produced by Shanghai Film Group, Ren Zhonglun (“LUST CAUTION”) and Merchant-Ivory, Ismail Merchant (“REMAINS OF THE DAY”). FYM has  a slate of properties in various stage of production and under the banner of AMG China, represents Chinese films for international distribution as well as looking for select international films to bring to China.
