As EVP, the buck stops with Duane. Duane combines his experience and acquired knowledge to make decisions on a daily basis at The AMG Corp overseeing music marketing, playlist promotions, music publishing, and independent film and television projects. His several decades of experience in the Canadian and International entertainment/music industries brings a wealth of knowledge to use for his various clients on a daily basis.

Bobby is responsible for procuring Film and Television Projects for AMG to secure funding, Distribution and Co Production.
As a record promoter and marketing expert for Arista, A&M and Interscope Records, Bobby earned more than 40 Gold and Platinum Albums garnering nearly $1 Billion in record sales.

Tj Goodin
International A&R/Acquisitions
TJ Goodin, mentored by music manager Mike Concepcion, gained experience in artist development and music promotion. He later worked as an Admission Advancement Coordinator, guiding athletes into competitive post-graduate programs while educating them on NCAA requirements. Additionally, he served as an Independent Music Consultant for Dasher Entertainment, supplying music for television and films, and ran his own recording studio for 12 years, aiding emerging artists and producers in gaining international recognition.

Vice President A&R Consultant
As VP/A&R Consultant, Riq Ali oversees AMG's global A&R efforts and works closely with their global creative team to further support both emerging and established songwriters & artists.
In addition, Riq will work to advance Rage Entertainment’s Intergalactic overall A&R strategy & presence as well as generating new opportunities on behalf of its roster within the AMG system. Riq is based out of the company’s London office and reports directly to Chairman and CEO Mark S. Berry

Dana works closely with artists to ensure their music submissions, agreements and everything in between is in order. As a creative who grew up on the Philly Alternative music scene, she carries a certain understanding and passion for past and present trends. This understanding and experience along with a marketing degree has led her to her current role. Dana is a serious listener with a generous spirit. She has proven to be a business minded professional with a knack for collaboration. Get ready to results.
GIA COMPTON
President Ours Studios
located in metro Atlanta. Ours Studios is a full capacity film/TV, music recording, podcasting and event venue. She is a strategist for artists, musicians, writers and producers in the entertainment space. She is a writer/producer/director with her own production credits and has sponsored multiple film festivals and forums supporting diverse representation in the arts.
Gia is involved in local and national bar associations. She regularly presents on the topics of Fair Use and Production Infrastructure as well as a board member of the Georgia Intellectual Property Association. Her personal time is spent in part in service to organizations focused on youth and diverse representation in the sports and entertainment industry. She is an arbitrator for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and is approved as a registered agent for the WNBA.
She received her BA from Mercer University and her JD from Emory University School of Law.

Carlos Alperin
Carlos Alperin has 28 years’ experience in producing, marketing, financing and selling films internationally. In 2002, Carlos founded the international sales agency Galloping Entertainment. He is responsible for the acquisition and sale of feature films, documentaries and TV series from international producers and for their licensing to international film distributors, TV broadcasters and VOD platforms. Since 1994, Carlos participated at more than 120 film and TV markets, and festivals.
Carlos wrote, directed and produced episodes of the animated TV series “Cosmo Kids” (recipient of the AWG Monte Miller Award), “The Pup Pups” developed with Scottish TV, and “Bilby Blastoff.” He wrote and produced the multi-award-winning documentary film “Raul the Terrible” directed by David Bradbury (Australia), produced the thriller “ICU” directed by Aash Aaron (Australia), the comedy “The Cost of Living” directed by Veronica Craven (United States) and the executive produced the multi-award-winning historical drama “Sargent Matacho” directed by William Gonzalez (Colombia).
Carlos is the producer of the thriller “No Country without Horses,” a $5m Australian production; the producer of the historical drama “Gateway to the West”, a $13m Hungarian/British/Australian/Mongolian coproduction; the producer of the drama “L’Inverno,” a $15m British/Hungarian/Italian coproduction; the executive producer of the comedy “Food Fight,” a $7m US/Ireland coproduction, the executive producer of “The Arsenic Wives,” a $15m US/Hungarian/British coproduction and the executive producer of the comedy “Our Goddamn Wedding,” a US production.
Carlos served 3 times as Juror at the International Emmy Awards in New York.
